THE European Central Bank kept policy unchanged and interest rates on hold today amid the slowest growth recorded in almost two years for the eurozone and ongoing spat between the EU chiefs and Italy. The ECB left interest rates at a record low as the central bank confirmed plans to stay on course to claw back stimulus.
