Pound euro exchange rate: Brexit blamed for slowing UK construction sector



This morning the GBP/EUR pairing is holding steady and is currently trading at a rate of €1.140. This morning’s worse-than-expected January PMI for the British construction sector revealed the index had slipped from 52.8 to 50.6 – the weakest business activity reading in ten months.
