THE pound fluctuated on Tuesday morning after a disappointing German GDP release but struggling to fully capitalise on a run of upbeat UK labour market statistics. Unemployment in the UK fell by 46,000 in March, keeping the reading at a 42-year low of 4.2 per cent, according to the Office for National Statistics .
