THE pound to US dollar exchange rate has risen by 0.4 per cent today, despite continued ministerial infighting over Brexit. Former business minister and Conservative MP Anna Soubry threatened to quit the party over the prevalence of ‘hardline Brexiteers’ which she claims make up the Conservative leadership.
